Monterra Ridge

Six acres on East Riverside that had sat behind a chain-link fence since the storage yard closed in 2019. Two developers walked it before us and passed — the drainage is genuinely bad, and fixing it properly costs more than the land did.

We built forty-eight townhomes around a central green that doubles as the site's stormwater solution. Every unit has a private yard and a rooftop terrace, and no front door faces a garage. The block reads as a street rather than a parking court, which was the whole argument for the layout.

Delivery is Q3 2027. Twenty-one units are spoken for.
