Bought the first duplex in 2014 and sold both sides before the drywall went up. Still walks every site before we bid on it.

Runs feasibility and entitlement, and sits through the neighbourhood meetings that decide them. Trained as a landscape architect.

Head of Construction
Twenty years on site, the last nine running our own framing crews. Holds the schedule, and the punch list nobody else wants.
Marcus Bell
Director of Sales and Marketing
Sells from drawings, which means he has to believe them first. Takes every buyer from the first walkthrough through to closing.
